 Guide to Alabama’s High School Graduation Exam…This site includes quick facts about the exam, frequently asked questions, subject areas tested, and sample questions. 

Learning Express Library…This testing site offers practice tests for elementary through adult age groups.  Tests include a variety of subject areas including math, English, ACT, SAT, and GED.  Other areas include resume writing, interviewing and career information.  Users must set up an account to access tests by choosing a user-name and password.

Alabama Virtual Library-A variety of online information available for students and adults.  These resources include online encyclopedias, newspaper articles and magazine articles.  A centralized location of information saves the user valuable time while conducting research. 

Homework Alabama…Homework Alabama offers free homework help from subject specialists. Students can also visit Homework Alabama for free tutoring in math, science, social studies, and English. Specialists will help students in grades 3-12, college intro, and adult learners.  This service is available Sunday-Thursday from 3p.m-10p.m.  Users  may create an account by providing name, email address, and password.

Job and Career Resources…Our library system created this page to offer area residents online resources to jobs and career information.  The page includes web links to employment sites and information on jobs available in the West Alabama area. 

LibraryThing Book Suggester…Want a good book to read?  Then try LibraryThing Book Suggester.  Enter the title of a book you enjoyed reading into the first box, “I own or have read.”  Click submit.   This will generate a list of books. Click on the title of the book you entered  from  that list.  LibraryThing Book Suggester will produce a list of books you may be interested in reading in relation to the book entered.
